Transportation networks on the move in Jiangxi's Huichang county
The construction of transportation infrastructure in Huichang county, Jiangxi province, has been making steady progress this year.
In response to the "Big Transportation" initiative and to support investment expansion and steady growth, Huichang has formulated its own action plan with total investment of about 7.7 billion yuan for five projects, including one railway project, two highway projects and two national road projects.
The eight major transportation projects in Huichang this year, with total investment of 8.7 billion yuan, aim to continue optimizing the road network structure, building a comprehensive and multi-layered transportation system, constructing external express channels and improving area transportation conditions.
This will provide support for the implementation of the county's and province's strategies, the construction of "Three Places, One City", the creation of "Good Huichang", and the revival of rural development.
The Huichang government is focusing on accelerating the progress of ongoing projects such as the Huichang section of the Ruimei Railway and the Xiamen-Rongcheng Highway.
