Beijing forum focuses on digital tourism

Over 100 representatives from about 50 companies, institutes and governmental departments joined a culture and tourism summit in Beijing held by the China Mobile Research Institute.
Guests delivered keynote speeches about the creative applications of blockchain technology in culture and tourism, and shared their views about the potential of how blockchain can boost the industry's integration with digital technology.
The institute's head Huang Yuhong said China Mobile's high-speed and safe network has provided great digital support for tourism, and users have easy access to projects that make their travel more convenient.
