Shanghai reports 10 confirmed, 19 asymptomatic local COVID cases

SHANGHAI -- China's Shanghai reported 10 confirmed locally transmitted COVID-19 cases and 19 local asymptomatic cases on Saturday, the municipal health commission said Sunday.
