Shanghai reports 4 confirmed, 5 asymptomatic local COVID-19 cases

SHANGHAI -- China's Shanghai reported four confirmed locally transmitted COVID-19 cases and five local asymptomatic cases on Wednesday, the municipal health commission said Thursday.
