To provide more isolation facilities under the fifth wave of the COVID-19 pandemic, the #HongKong SAR government decided to build new quarantine facilities at Penny’s Bay and Kai Tak. Chiu Wai, a graduate engineer of China State Construction International Holdings Ltd, joined a task force as the first batch of pioneers, knowing how time-sensitive the task is for Hong Kong.
