BEIJING -- A speech by President Xi Jinping at the Special Summit to Commemorate the 30th Anniversary of China-ASEAN Dialogue Relations has been published.
Xi delivered the speech via video on Nov 22.
The booklet was published by the People's Publishing House and is available at Xinhua Bookstore outlets across the country.
