Sand art video shows biodiversity in Yunnan

On Oct 10, a sand art video demonstrating the beauty of Yunnan province touching on the theme of COP 15 was presented by the Volunteer Work Department, Office of Yunnan Steering Group for CBD COP 15.
Yang Yuehan, born in 1980s, spent 150 hours in conceptualizing the idea and practicing and nine hours in continuous recording, which resulted in 287 video clips after five days of post-production. She made a wonderful representation of the bio-diverse landscapes and customs of Yunnan.
The video is filmed in the form of sand art, which uses the sequence of the video to showcase the beauty, richness and magic of Yunnan's natural landscapes, ethnic customs and diverse species.
