HNA Group's chairman, Chen Feng, and CEO, Tan Xiangdong, were put under compulsory measures according to the law by the police in Hainan province on Friday due to suspected criminal offenses, according to a statement by the Haikou, Hainan province-based conglomerate on Friday.
The operations and productions of the HNA Group and its member enterprises are stable and orderly, with bankruptcy restructuring carried out in accordance with the law, according to the statement.
