Three people, two boats missing after vessels encounter strong winds

One fishing boat turned over and two remain missing after they encountered a sudden short-term convective weather characterized by strong winds in Rizhao, Shandong province.
The accident happened about 50 nautical miles away from Lanshan district of Rizhao city at 3:30 pm on Thursday, according to the district's government.
Out of the four people on the overturned boat, one was rescued by nearby fishing boats while the others remain missing.
All out search and rescue efforts are underway.
