The Shanghai International Studies University and the Memorial for the Site of the First National Congress of the Communist Party of China in Shanghai inked a framework agreement of strategic collaboration on Tuesday to better convey the stories of the CPC, which will celebrate its 100th anniversary this year.

According to the agreement, the two sides will cooperate in research, education and communication programs on the history of the CPC. They will also carry out research on CPC's global vision and construction of a global discourse system.

In addition, the university will create multiple channels and make its official website available in 29 languages to tell the world the stories of the CPC's early founding days.

"CPC stories will always be an integral part of telling China stories to the world," said Jiang Feng, Party secretary of SISU.

Xu Ming, deputy curator of the Memorial for the Site of the First National Congress of the Communist Party of China, said, "We expected the collaboration to play up the respective academic and resource advantages of the two sides and make new contributions to the research and international communications of CPC's early founding history."
