The Yangtze River Delta offers opportunities for design talents
The Yangtze River Delta Creative Economy Cooperation Committee (CECC) recently launched the International Design Contest which aims to boost sustainable innovation and development in the Yangtze River Delta.
During the Inter-City Conference on Yangtze River Delta Economic Co-ordination conference on Sept 16, CECC secretary-general Shen Lei said in her speech that she positioned the contest as a "global creative resource linking platform for the Yangtze River Delta in both international and domestic cycles".
She added that the contest will contribute to the development of the Yangtze River Delta, encourage and support international collaboration, promote green technology, give businesses a chance to connect with potential partners and attract investment.
According to the CECC, 243 contest entries were received after just three weeks of the official launch of the competition.
