BEIJING -- China has basically achieved administrative non-litigation enforcement supervision over all types of illegal acts, according to the Supreme People's Procuratorate (SPP).
Illegal enforcement activities, including illegal review of courts and illegal administrative acts, are now included in the scope of administrative non-litigation enforcement supervision, according to the SPP.
Chinese procuratorial organs have taken administrative non-litigation enforcement supervision as an important means of strengthening administrative procuratorial work at the primary level, said Zhang Xiangjun, an official with the SPP.
Zhang added that five typical cases of administrative non-litigation enforcement supervision have been published by the SPP.
