Team leaves Shandong with protective goods to help Chinese in UK

Fifteen members of a joint mission team dispatched by Shandong province left for the United Kingdom on Saturday to help Chinese in the UK contain the novel coronavirus.
The joint mission team is an action after the call of President Xi Jinping for stronger care and support for Chinese citizens overseas, Liu Jiayi, Party chief of Shandong province, said when he saw the team off.
Bearing the faith of "We will get through together", the team will introduce the efficient ways of preventing and controlling the virus to Chinese in the UK and provide them with guidance and consultation service.
The team is also carrying a full load of anti-epidemic materials to the UK.
