BEIJING -- China has set a goal for central State-owned enterprises to establish an intellectual property work system in line with the requirement of high-quality development by 2025, according to a new guideline.
Those companies' capability of creating, using, protecting and managing intellectual property should be significantly improved by 2025, said the guideline issued by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission and the National Intellectual Property Administration (NIPA).
