Gong Zheng appointed to Shanghai Party posts

Gong Zheng has been appointed deputy secretary of the Shanghai Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China. He also was appointed as a Standing Committee member of the CPC Shanghai Committee. The appointment was approved by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China.
