Shanghai postpones school openings to no earlier than Feb 17

Shanghai will postpone the start of Spring semester at schools from kindergarten to university to no earlier than Feb 17 and require all companies not to resume work before Feb 9.
Gu Honghui, deputy secretary-general of Shanghai municipal government, made the announcement at a news conference on the prevention and control of the novel coronavirus on Monday.
