Senior official praises supervision work in CPC education campaign

BEIJING - A senior official of the Communist Party of China (CPC) on Thursday spoke highly of the guidance and supervision work by central authorities in the Party's education campaign themed "staying true to our founding mission."

The guidance and supervision work has played an important role in promoting and guaranteeing the major achievements in the campaign, said Chen Xi, a member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and deputy chief of the leading group of the campaign, at a meeting summarizing related work.

It has accumulated valuable experiences and provided useful inspiration for the CPC, Chen noted.

Yang Xiaodu, another member of the Political Bureau, presided over the meeting.
