Blast kills 4, injures 6 in South China

Four people were killed and six injured in a chemical plant blast at about 11:20 Tuesday morning in Yulin's Luchuan county, South China's Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region, according to the Guangxi emergency management office.
Among the injured, two are in serious condition. The local fire department has sent rescuers to the scene.
The cause of the blast is under investigation.
