Broth, o where art thou

Mulu Restaurant in Beijing redefines people's preconceptions of Southeast Asian cuisine by showcasing its multicultural side. The menu features dishes from 10 countries, including Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore and Vietnam. The sarawak laksa is a must-try. Its broth is made from chicken bones, prawn shells and seven different vegetables simmered for five hours.
