In September last year, Le Le suddenly suffered from pneumonia and was diagnosed with dilated cardiomyopathy, a life-threatening disease.

In April of this year, his elder brother, called Huan Huan, was also diagnosed with the same disease.

Huan Huan's heart was replaced with the donor heart of a 5-year-old child after a three-hour heart transplant surgery on July 17 at Wuhan Union Hospital.

He was transferred out of the intensive care unit five days later and was discharged after two weeks.
