Former prefecture official in NE China under investigation

CHANGCHUN - Min Guangdao, former deputy head of the Korean autonomous prefecture of Yanbian, northeast China's Jilin province, is under investigation over alleged serious violations of discipline and law, the provincial discipline inspection and supervisory authorities said Monday.
Min was also the former deputy director of the standing committee of the prefecture's people's congress.
