Public opinion invited for China's top journalism awards entries

BEIJING - The full list of entries for the 29th China Journalism Awards, a top press prize that honors outstanding journalism works, was published online on Friday for public comment.
The All-China Journalists Association (ACJA), a non-government organization that presents the awards, said remarks on the entries can be delivered via telephone calls, fax, mail or email to the awards office of the ACJA until July 12.
Any reports of regulation violations by the awards entries will be verified and dealt with in accordance with regulations, the ACJA stressed in a statement.
It added that after the process to select winners for the awards concludes in late August, the preliminary results will be released online to solicit public opinion.
