5.1-mag quake strikes off NE city

An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.1 struck off the Ningjiang district of Songyuan city, Northeast China's Jilin province on Saturday, according to China Meteorological Administration.
The earthquake occurred at 6:24 am, with a depth of 10 km.
