35 miners rescued after mine accident in NE China

As of the noon on Friday, 35 miners have been rescued after being trapped in a flooded iron mine in Northeast China's Heilongjiang province, according to China Central Television.
Eight more miners are yet to be reached.
The accident occurred at Cuihongshan iron mine in Xunke county around 3 am, when 43 people were working in the mine, according to the county government.
The rescue work is underway.
