Six killed, 3 hurt at construction site in Anhui

At least 6 people were killed and 3 injured after portable houses collapsed at a construction site in Lu'an city of East China's Anhui province on Thursday night.
The accident happened at about 23:40 when the area was hit by heavy rain and gale, according to a press statement released by the city government's information department on Friday morning.
A total of 16 people, all believed to be construction workers, were discovered under the houses and sent to hospital.
The construction site, a residential project, belongs to the Guangdong-based real estate developer Country Garden, according to the local government.
