BEIJING - A three-year campaign will address misconduct in handling China's minimum living allowance in rural areas, the Ministry of Civil Affairs said Thursday.
The campaign will expand channels for reporting problems. Civil affairs authorities must have complaint hotlines, said Minister of Civil Affairs Huang Shuxian during a video conference.
Huang added that evidence of corruption must be promptly passed to discipline inspectors in time.
