Taiwan quake death toll rises to 11

A powerful earthquake has left 11 dead in Taiwan's Hualien county, according to news portal thepaper.
Five tourists from Beijing, four adults and one child, are among the missing trapped in the damaged building.
One body found in the tilted Yun Men Tusi Ti building was identified as a Canadian. Other victims include four from Chinese mainland and one from Philippines.
The magnitude-6.5 earthquake jolted Hualien on Tuesday, leaving 269 injured.
