Heavy snow hits Shanghai

Shanghai authorities issued a yellow alert Thursday afternoon for heavy snowfall and frozen roads.
The Shanghai Meteorological Service stated in a report that between 6 and 10 millimeters of snowfall could be expected from Thursday afternoon to early Friday morning.
