Two killed, one injured in coal mine blast in NE China

HARBIN - An explosion rocked a coal mine in Shuangyashan City in northeast China's Heilongjiang province Tuesday morning, leaving two people dead and one injured.
The local government said the accident occurred at 8:10 a.m. Eighteen miners who were in the mine have been hoisted to safety.
The two killed were workers above ground. The injured person suffered minor wounds, according to the city government.
Rescue work has finished. An investigation team has been established to find the cause of the accident.
