Human vs machine

AlphaGo, the artificial intelligence program developed by Google DeepMind, defeated the world's top Go player Ke Jie of China 3-0 in a best-of-five contest in Wuzhen, Zhejiang province in May. While pushing Ke to his limits, the much-hyped match-up also helped the traditional Chinese board game gain massive exposure worldwide.
