Delegates reflect on significance of amended Party Constitution

"I felt excited after hearing the revised Party Constitution, as some of what Party members are thinking about has been written into the crucial document. The Party Constitution highlights Party building in grassroots departments. As a delegate from a school, I agreed to combine Party building with our educational business. Good construction of the Party will contribute to our education."
