The whole world is watching China: South African Economic Counselor

Thandukwazi Nyawose, the South African Embassy to China's Economic Counselor, believes the CPC National Congress is adopting new plans to improve China, especially in terms of economic development such as urbanization and the development of western regions.
"I think the whole world will be watching and listening to what is happening here in China," the counselor said.
