5.0-magnitude quake hits Japan

HONG KONG - An earthquake measuring 5.0 on the Richter scale jolted off the east coast of Honshu, Japan at 23:02: 42 GMT on Monday, the US Geological Survey said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 26.10 km, was initially determined to be at 35.6944 degrees north latitude and 143.3231 degrees east longitude.
