The First Chongqing General Aviation Investment and Financing Forum took place in Liangjiang's Jiangbei district from May 26-28. according to the Liangjiang administrative committee.

The forum, aimed at promoting cooperation between financial institutes and to expand the general aviation market in West China, invited guests and delegates from the Chongqing municipality and international investment banks.

Speeches on the investment and financing of the general aviation industry took place of the course of the event and major projects of the general aviation industry were introduced. Exhibitions were also held, allowing visitors to get a close up look at aviation products and aircraft.

Chongqing General Aviation Association and the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association of China were the joint sponsors of the forum.
