Located near the Lake Puma Yumco, Tibet, Tuiwa is the highest administrative village in the world. Its altitude is 5,070 meters above sea level, with a density of oxygen only half as much as that of most part of Chinese mainland.

There is no neon light of the city in the village, only the simple Tibetan lifestyle. The income of villagers is dependent wholly on livestock husbandry.
