Shanxi province now reports a total of eight enterprises whose sales exceed 100 billion yuan each. These provincial companies have taken the lead in Shanxi’s development with a focus on increasing investment, improving their structure, and developing a new industrial framework.

In 2012, these provincial enterprises did 115-billion-yuan worth of structural adjustment investment and improved their brands’ worth overall.
