Qingdao Haichang Polar Ocean World
Qingdao Haichang Polar Ocean World is a compound park where you can eat, live, travel, and shop. It is one of the seven planed travelling programs for the 2008 Olympic Games in Qingdao.
The park includes two museums, bars and restaurants, shops, a four-star hotel and a fisherman's wharf.
The complex is designed to look like a sail, with a height of 31 meters. It has a large ocean theater which can accommodate an audience of 2,800. Whales, dolphins, sea lions and walruses perform together as part of a show for spectators.
