The Wuxi (Taihu) Yuantouzhu International Cherry Blossom Festival is set to be held in Yuantouzhu Island, Wuxi, East China's Jiangsu province. The festival is planned to last from Mar 28 to Apr 3.
The festival will integrate art and recreation together to allow visitors to enjoy the picturesque cherry blossoms and colorful cultural activities, such as cherry blossom dancing, Chinese traditional wedding ceremonies of the Han and Tang dynasties and the Cosplay National Invitational Tournament, making the festival more fresh and energetic.
In addition, tourists can also enjoy the delicious food in the restaurants of Yuantouzhu as well as cherry snacks and dining at the Taiwan food court.
What's more, a series of colorful cultural activities including a clothes show, tea ceremony, flower arrangement, paintings and calligraphy exhibition, travel commodity expo and blog contest make the festival more poetic and interesting.
