Wuxi-based ChinaC in deal with HK telecommunication provider

ChinaC, a cloud computing service provider in Binhu district of Wuxi, Jiangsu province, announced a cooperation agreement with China Comservice (HK) to jointly construct the largest cloud computing center in Hong Kong Jan 23.

According to the deal, ChinaC will provide cloud computing-based operation and maintenance services to China Comservice (HK). The first-stage construction was completed in 2014, and the entire project is expected to be finalized by the end of 2016.

China Comservice, co-funded by China Mobile, China Unicom and China Telecom, is a State-owned enterprise providing communication infrastructure services. The cooperation will contribute to the development of ChinaC outside the Chinese mainland, said Xu Guangbin, the president of the company.
