A trade and economic delegation from Ireland visited Huaqiao International Business Park on April 25, looking for cooperation opportunities.

The delegation observed the overall environment of Huaqiao and investigated the construction site of the Weilaidao project. Financed by Shanghai Joysun Group, the project will become a top-notch national imported food collection and distributing center integrating trade, display, finance, storage and e-commerce. It will provide comprehensive services for foreign suppliers and domestic consumers through cloud platforms, the Internet of Things and other modern technologies. The first stage is expected to open in early October this year.

The delegation showed great interest in the project and will discuss details on importation of Irish food with Shanghai Joysun on April 27 in Shanghai.
