The Industrial and Commercial Administrative Department of Kunshan, Jiangsu province issued the first business license for partnership with foreign investment March 1, proclaiming the birth of the first partnership with foreign investment in China – The Kunshan Sun City Gardening Center.

Partnerships with foreign investment refers to when 2 or more foreign enterprises or individuals establish a partnership in China, as well as when foreign enterprises or individuals and Chinese natural persons, legal persons and other organizations in China establish a partnership.
