Fetion helps local employees with keeping up to date

The Service Center for Customers and Enterprises began providing China Mobile’s Fetion service for a first group of employees in the modern service industry at the end of last month to help them keep abreast of current trends in the development of Huaqiao International Service Business Park.

The Service Center for Customers and Enterprises will use the China Mobile Fetion service to keep the working staff up-to-date about construction progress of the site and any new policies. Other lifestyle information will also be shared using the service, such as retail promotions and entertainment activities.

The new service will help the employees, most of whom are new to Huaqiao, to understand, assimilate into, and fall in love with Huaqiao.

The Service Center for Customers and Enterprises has been taking various measures to provide personalised services for local enterprises since it opened at Huaqiao economic development zone in April.

Fetion is a comprehensive telecommunication service provided by CMCC, integrating IVR, GPRS and SMS and covering users’ communication demands on three forms (complete real-time voice service, quasi real-time text and small amount data telecommunication service and non-real-time telecommunication service).

Besides the basic functions of a chatting software, Fetion can provide log-in through multiple terminals such as PC, cell phone and WAP, achieving a seamless and real-time intercommunication between PC and cell phones. It is then guaranteed that users will never be off-line. Through Fetion, users can also send free messages to friends; enjoy super-low charges for voice group chatting and file exchange between cell phones and computers.

These features provide users with the perfect experience when they use the product. Furthermore, Fetion can also meet users’ demands on text and voice communication anonymously, which truly creates an unstrained, unlimited and safe platform for communication and exchange.

CMCC is dedicated to redefining mobile life as colorful and dynamic for users through Fetion and the corporation will continue to create invest funds and resources into Fetion products. They guarantee that new features will be developed and new functions will be strengthened, with the ultimate goal of providing all users with perfected and human-oriented service.

For the time being, Fetion users are exempt from function charges users of "Fetion Friends" are charged 5 yuan/month.

Tips for Activating/Canceling

1. Dial 10086 to activate/cancel the service;

2. Activate or cancel the service at Service Halls;

3. Send an SMS which says of "ktfx" to 161 to activate the service and "qxfx" to 161 to cancel;

4. Visit www.monternet.com ——〉Mo New Life——〉Fetion Friend and activate /cancel service following instructions on the webpage;

5. Users can visit the official Chinese website for CMCC and download Fetion on the introduction new services page. After the installation is completed at the user’s end, then users can activate or cancel service following the instructions;

6. Users can visit online service halls of CMCC of the local companies and activate /cancel services following instructions on the webpage.
