5, Comprehensive service center, occupying 0.9 sq km, is allocated with high-standard financial, telecom, training, living and entertainment services.

Cross-Straits (Kunshan) commerce and trade cooperation zone as well as a leading zone for the financial service outsourcing and a demonstration area for the manufacturing industry will form three independent and distinctive zones at Huaqiao International Service Business Park.

The plan of the cross-Straits (Kunshan) commerce and trade cooperation zone was put forward by the Huaqiao International Service Business Park and Taiwan External Trade Development Council to promote cross-strait business and trade cooperation and to provide an integrated and advanced exposition platform equipped with the newest modern facilities.

The zone has strong support on both sides of the Taiwan Straits. Mainland officials at all levels have provided powerful backing for the construction of cross-straits trade zone, and Taiwanese officials have visited several times.

According to statistics, more than 3400 Taiwanese enterprises with a combined investment of $32.6 billion have settled in Kunshan, located in central China’s Jiangsu Province. Their total amount of cross-strait trade is no less than $30 billion.

Kunshan has always focused on the manufacturing link, with R&D and sales outside. The establishment of the five centers will perfect the structure of the industry and impel enterprises to settle in, turning Huaqiao into a top platform for Taiwan commodities and enterprises.
