800 TeleServices will establish a wholly-owned subsidiary worth one million dollars at Huaqiao International Service Business Park, according to a cooperation contract.

The contract has been signed by Shen Huafei, vice director of the managing committee of Hauqiao economic development zone, and Huang Youquan, chairman of 800 TeleServices, at an entrepreneur club at Bridge Garden.

The contract stipulates that 1000 seats will be set up and the sales volume will reach 100 million yuan within one year. Then later its aims for 3000 seats and over 400 million yuan by three years.
