The Hebei provincial government and Hualu Group Co Ltd signed an agreement to cooperate on developing efficient transportation, a technologically-enhanced city and a creative cultural industry.

Hualu Group Co Ltd is a large State-owned enterprise directly under the management of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. It specializes in research and development, manufacturing and marketing of digital audio and video products.

Song Enhua, Hebei’s vice-governor, and Chen Runsheng, chairman of Hualu Group, both expressed that this cooperation has great significance. They said they hope to take the agreement as an opportunity to deepen cooperation in terms of efficient transportation and culture industries that will benefit both parties.
