Qin Rupei, Executive Vice Governor of Guizhou, Member of the Standing Committee of the Guizhou CPC Provincial Committee
Qin Rupei, CPC member, holds a master's degree in project management. He is serving as a commissar and secretary of the Commission for Justice and Public Security of the Guizhou Provincial Party Committee.
Previously he served as a member of the Guizhou Provincial Party Committee and deputy governor of the province. He was also a member of the 11th and 12th Guizhou Provincial Party Committee.
Qin becomes executive vice governor of Guizhou in April 2015.
