Best of Danxia Landform in Chishui—— Foguangyan

Danxia is a typical South China red rock landform formed in the early years. It is located in Chishui city covering an area of more than 1,200 square kilometers.

Chishui Danxia is the most beautiful and largest Danxia Landform in China and the country's eighth world natural heritage project.

The Guizhou Chishui Danxia National Geological Park opened on Oct 30. The whole park is divided into two parts, covering Datong, Bing'an, Lianghekou and Yuanhou county with total area of 134.57 square kilometers.

The park features majestic mountains, winding waters and rich forests, which shows Danxia beauty in a unique and aesthetic way.

Bamboo Park in Chishui

Another spectacular attraction is Bamboo Park, located 40 kilometers east of Chishui city.

It covers an area of 10,666 hectares, with bamboo scenery, waterfalls, primeval forests, wild animals and many wonders.

The park is an ideal resort for holiday tourists, and inspires creativity for artists.

Tourists can indulge in marvelous natural landscapes such as "Tianlou","Dipu" and "Baxianshu".
