From Nov 28 to Dec 4, 200 reporters from 86 major online media groups toured around Hechi, Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region.

In two groups along two different routes, the two teams covered Hechi's current economic achievements, traditional culture, folk arts, tourism resources and health-promotion industry.

During Nov 28 to 29, a group of reporters visited various tourist attractions in Yizhou, a city known as the birthplace of the legendary Song Dynasty (960-1279) singer Liu Sanjie.

The reporters visited Huaiyuan, a local ancient town with over a 1,300-year-long history, and interviewed Lu Shaokun, a local villager who is 101 years old, to learn about longevity culture.

Afterward they visited Fengjing Park to appreciate a carved tablet featuring the characters Zhong Yi Ji Qing (Appearance showing good fortune), which was presented by Emperor Jiaqing of the Qing Dynasty (1644-1911) to Lan Xiang, a man who had an amazing lifespan of 144 years.

They later visited the Zhuanggulao scenic spot in Mashantang village, and Liu Sanjie's hometown Ma'an village to watch a folk art performance and take part in activities to gain a deeper appreciation of local cultures.
