The 22nd China Beijing International High-tech Expo opened at the China International Exhibition Center on Oct 24, 2019. The Zhongguancun Special Parks were exhibited at the expo for the first time.
The Zhongguancun Special Park Exhibition Area is located in Hall 2, with an area of approximately 1600 square meters. With the theme of "Developing Special Parks and Cultivating Industrial Clusters", the exhibition area has brought together 16 special parks such as the Zhongguancun IC Park, the Zhongguancun Life Science Park and Zhongguancun No.1 Park, which are engaged in frontier areas in fields such as biology and health, intelligent equipment and the new generation of information technology. It also spotlights 69 high-tech enterprises including Berry Genomics, Disi Technology, and SymbolTek.
The exhibition, which fully demonstrates the innovation achievements of the Zhongguancun Park in recent years, has the following features:
First, it focuses on the special parks to highlight new achievements in innovation and development. For the first time, the exhibition adopts the "15+1" model, which focuses on the industrial characteristics, service system, innovative resources and future planning of 16 Zhongguancun special parks inside and outside Beijing, fully demonstrating the new image, new service, new concept and new features of each special park.
For example, the New Shougang High-end Industrial Services District at the Zhongguancun Shijingshan Park focuses on the construction of a future urban-style industrial community through rejuvenation of culture, the ecology, industry and a sense of vitality.
The Zhongguancun Dongsheng Science and Technology Park at the Haidian Park focuses on the construction of a comprehensive ecological park combining a headquarters base, a high-tech industry research and development base, a high-tech achievements exhibition and related services based on the electronic information industry, green energy industry, smart manufacturing, new materials and other resources.
At the same time, Tianjin Binhai-Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park was selected from more than 20 Beijing-foreign parks to exhibit platforms for science and technology services, exchanges and cooperation, exhibitions, administrative services, incubation and talents engaged in new generation information technology, scientific and technological finance and services, and life science and biotechnology.
Second, it is at the forefront of independent technological innovation. The exhibition, focusing on intelligent manufacturing, biology and health, cutting-edge information, new materials, new energy, and emerging service industries, is exhibiting the latest cutting-edge technological innovations of 69 key enterprises, more than 90% of them on display for the first time.
For example, in the intelligent equipment exhibition area, the "all-round ecological environmental protection solution based on hot-spot grid technology" launched by Insights Value from Zhongguancun No.1 uses a low-cost and high-density network to monitor and analyze pollution sources and raise alarms in real time. A closed-loop management system integrating intelligent identification of abnormal pollution source emissions, on-site problem handling and feedback of pollution problems has been built, effectively improving the accuracy and efficiency of ecological environment supervision.
In the biological and health exhibition area, "Industrialization of Brain Disease Diagnosis and Treatment Devices", launched by Zhongke Bukang from Zhongguancun Medical Equipment Park, displays equipment that provides doctors and brain function researchers with ways to detect cerebral physiological signals, conduct cerebral function control and analysis and research of brain & mind activities, and diagnose and treat brain diseases.
The next-generation information technology exhibition area highlights the AIoT Application Brain launched by Deta Data from North Olympic Science and Technology Park. It is a platform of key functions, and greatly simplifies the construction process of smart applications, shortens operation times, and reduces cost.
Third, it optimizes the innovation ecology and develops high-grade, precision and advanced industries. The exhibition fully displays the efforts made by each special park to build industry-specific innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystems and to promote the development of high-grade, precise and advanced industries.
For example, by focusing on core technology, artificial intelligence, financial technology, commercial aerospace, and the life-cycle needs of enterprises and enterprise employees, it provides the following basic services: the N.E.W No.1 core technology industry alliance technology exchange, marketing and corporate brand promotion platforms and an improved industrial investment platform that enables enterprises to grow.
Zhongguancun IC Park takes integrated circuit design as the core, adopts a new development model of "base + investment + platform + service", and provides a full range of services for enterprises through four major ecological circles and eleven industry service platforms.
More than 30 leading upstream and downstream enterprises in integrated circuits have settled in the park. Zhongguancun Medical Equipment Park has built a medical device innovation development platform around the three core businesses of innovation carriers and industrial finance and technology services, providing incubation, research and development, production, human resources, financing, policy consultation and information services for enterprises entering the park, where nearly 100 companies, three academicians, and dozens of other high-level talents have settled.
In the future, Zhongguancun will speed up construction of the scientific and technological innovation center and promote the development of high-grade, precision and advanced industries. According to requirements of the municipal party committee and municipal government on improving industry features, an aggregation effect, space carrying capacity, integrated operational management, and an innovative and entrepreneurial ecosystem that combines industry, talents, technology, capital, and incubation will be built based on the positioning of each park.
The system will promote development of high-grade advanced industries in a specialized and synergic multi-park pattern.
