The theme exhibition of Beijing Venue during the 2019 National Mass Innovation and Entrepreneurship Week was held on June 13 at the Zhongguancun Exhibition Center.

With the theme of "integrating innovation and entrepreneurship and boosting development", this exhibition focused on demonstrating new technologies and products of innovating enterprises, and Beijing's achievements in building a national science and technology innovation center. The exhibition shows that Beijing is advanced in high-grade, precision and advanced industrial development and hard technology incubation, the integration of science and technology and industrial entities, the internationalization of innovation and entrepreneurship, and mass innovation and entrepreneurship ecology.

In the 18,000-square meter Exhibition Center of the Zhongguancun National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone, exhibitions fall into seven parts: leading innovations, innovation elements, innovation sources, innovation and entrepreneurship ecology, Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaborative innovation, open integration, and pro-people science and technology.

Projects on display cover such industrial fields as artificial intelligence, bio-health, intelligent manufacturing, new materials, intelligent transportation, energy conservation and environmental protection as well as new energy. More than 300 exhibitors and over 300 exhibits are showcased at the Exhibition Center. In addition, over 130 technology service agencies participated in the event.

The "Leading Innovation" Exhibition Area highlighted the new industry leaders and innovative products in the fields of information technology, biological health, artificial intelligence, integrated circuits, energy conservation and environmental protection in Zhongguancun Science City, Huairou Science City, Future Science City, Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area and 16 sub-parks of Zhongguancun Science Park, and showed the supporting and leading role of scientific and technological innovation in economic and social development and improvement of people's lifestyle.

The "Innovation Element" Exhibition Area highlighted the innovation and entrepreneurship achievements made by large enterprises, universities, scientific research institutes, social organizations and technology and finance, mirroring Beijing and Zhongguancun’s efforts in improving the efficiency of the innovation system, building an innovation and entrepreneurship policy system and a high-level mass innovation and entrepreneurship service system.

The "Innovation Source" Exhibition Area highlighted the ability of the technology transfer platform in Zhongguancun Science Park to serve for the transformation and industrialization of scientific and technological achievements, and also showcased the outcomes of the platform in promoting the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements made by universities, research institutes and enterprises.

The "Mass Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ecology" Exhibition Area focused on the ecological system formed by hard technology incubators, innovative incubators, overseas talent entrepreneurship parks, venture capital institutions, banks, intellectual property institutions, law firms, accounting firms, headhunting companies and other entrepreneurship service institutions focusing on innovation and entrepreneurship, and showed that a good mass innovation and entrepreneurship ecological environment where scientists, investors, entrepreneurs, service institutions and other innovative and entrepreneurial elements gather has been generated.

The "Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Collaborative Innovation" Exhibition Area centered on the new technologies and products of Beijing enterprises’ partners at their cooperative parks in Tianjin and Hebei, and showed the city’s new achievements of Beijing in implementing the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaborative innovation strategy.

The "Science and Technology Benefiting the Mass" Exhibition Area demonstrated the mass innovation and entrepreneurship projects that can enhance the city's functions, improve the ecological environment, safeguard public services, improve medical standards, enrich cultural life.

The "Openness and Integration" Exhibition Area promoted exchanges and cooperation among scientists, investors, entrepreneurs, and technical managers through more than 30 scientific and technological achievements transformation and coordination, publicity of industrial policies, and roadshows for excellent projects and other activities, thus forming a good atmosphere for openness and integration.

In addition, the venue outside the west gate of the Zhongguancun Exhibition Center displayed Daimler's mobile maker space, smart street sweeper, min go-kart and other experiential equipment.
